THE AURA BUILDING

In 2021, we purchased the Carl’s Drug Store Building with a vision to create space for entrepreneurs to learn, grow, and expand their businesses. The Aura Building is located in the heart of Downtown Greencastle, PA and will offer office space for lease, as-needed co-working space, and a multi-use room for classes and business gatherings.

RENTAL SPACE

The first floor is currently available for rent for group meetings, classes, and small events. The usable room space is 27′ x 30′ and can comfortably hold up to 30 people. Prices start at $35/hr with a 2 hour minimum + parking. Rate includes room access, wifi, printer/scanner usage, restroom, and Keurig access. Contact us for details or to schedule or view the space.

THE HISTORY

The building was originally built by the Carl family in 1916 and house Carl’s Drug Store for over 80 years. E.L.M. Department Store purchased the building in 2001 and renovated the first floor to expand their women’s department.

In 2021, we contacted the owners and asked if we could purchase the building (it wasn’t for sale). After sharing the vision, they agreed, and it’s now the space that we call our business home.

Read more about the building in The Herald Mail.
